Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information - Collecting payments at time of visit and sending out patient bills -Provide excellent customer service Requirements -Prior administrative experience is preferred - Basic skills:
Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics, Google My Business and Facebook - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using phone systems and dental management computer software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Friendly and professional demeanor Job Type:
