51 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Duties - Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phones, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees - Maintain clean and organized reception, staff kitchen and conference room areas - Schedule and manage conference room calendars - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry for various departments - Assist with ordering maintaining inventory Requirements - Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in an office environment - Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines - Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and basic math skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Proficient in using databases and MS Office applications (Quickbooks, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) If you are a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and willing to be a team planer in support of handling the overload filing and data entry work in other departments, we would love to hear from you.
