In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient flow, and providing administrative support to the dental office.
Your excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and customer service mindset will contribute to a positive patient experience.
Job Responsibilities.
Front office duties o All the expected roles of reception, such as patient communications, scheduling, financial transactions, insurance breakdowns, and other administrative tasks to assist with the office.
Assisting duties.
o Provide assistance during a range of treatment procedures Prepare and dismantle the operatory after treatment Facilitate patient handoffs and oversee patient flow within the practice Handle infection control, including instrument and equipment preparation and sterilization Carry out denture soft relines and create temporary crowns Assist in patient charting for doctors Perform various office tasks as required Were looking for someone eager to break into the field of dentistry who wants to learn about multiple aspects of how a practice runs.
